If there is one theme that has been dominant in the past six months it is a lack of space. Maybe you’ve experienced this as a physical lack of space at home due to children being off school and adults working from home. Perhaps you have just reached a point of maximum saturation with the news and the daily confusion about what we should or shouldn’t be doing and you just don’t have the headspace for this anymore. Maybe you’re also beginning to find that when you try to think about the future or really be in the present there’s just no room for that either. I have certainly felt these things in recent months and seen them manifesting in the people around me. And I have two things to offer that might help.
Orchard Lodge
The Space at Orchard Lodge offers the opportunity of a physical getaway to a space that is available to, and for, you. And only you. Remote coaching sessions
In the past I have mainly practised my coaching in person but recently have moved to a more flexible model that allows for both in-person sessions and also remote coaching, via Zoom and other platforms, as well as over the phone. This is an incredibly effective way to deliver the coaching experience, not least because it can be flexibly fitted around your life. My coaching is specifically designed for navigating times of transition, such as those that we’re in right now. I have 20+ years’ experience supporting clients when it comes to moving gracefully through periods of change and using the power of Pause to change the climate around us in a positive way.
Coaching is all about finding your ‘why’ and unlocking energy, potential, goals, and a real sense of purpose and fulfilment. I have helped people from all walks of life to make sense of disruption and confusion and find new opportunities to grow. Zoom coaching is ideal for the way the world is right now – a regular, convenient check in over 4 – 6 sessions that will help to refocus your perspective, create the space you need to think and feel, and ensure that you’re following the path that is right for you.
